We’re excited to announce the new Client Portal dashboard! The upgraded dashboard makes managing your Amazon reimbursements easier and more efficient. With a sleek, user-friendly interface and key features, you’ll get valuable insights for your reimbursement process.
Let’s take a look at the features.
Cases Overview
This part of the dashboard shows two key numbers:
Cases Raised: The number of reimbursement cases we’ve submitted.
Reimbursed Amount: The total amount of funds recovered for your workspace.
You can filter these numbers by store and time period—whether you want to see data from the last 7 days, 30 days, or the entire time you’ve worked with us, you can do so with a single click.
Your Actions
The new Your Actions list tracks the actions you need to take to move the reimbursement process forward. For example, if you haven’t added payment details for your workspace, this task will appear as a reminder.
In the near future, more actions will be added to update this Amazon reimbursement service, such as signing documents or uploading invoices, so you can take action promptly.
Reimbursements Table
The Reimbursements Table offers a detailed view of all your successful reimbursement cases. Each case shows:
- The store
- Case ID
- Reimbursement ID
- Date of reimbursement
- ASIN code
- Amount recovered
A convenient search bar allows you to find specific cases quickly. Plus, the Summary button takes you to the Reports section, where you can access in-depth monthly reimbursement reports about your FBA reimbursement claims.
You can also download your FBA reports by clicking the “Download CSV” button. You will receive the record that covers your Amazon reimbursement reports for the whole period and gives additional detailed information such as SKU and FNSKU codes, reimbursement types, and more.
