Terms of service

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms apply to the Regainables website and platform, operated by SBL Operations, UAB, company code 305630963, VAT LT100013661115, Jogailos g. 4, LT-01116 Vilnius, Lithuania ("Regainables", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you (the "Client") agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

A Client who sells stock through us is a "Seller"; a Client who buys lots from us is a "Buyer".

1. Who can use Regainables

Our services are for businesses only, not for consumers. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm that you may bind it.

We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion, without giving reasons.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us at once about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for what is done through your account.

Give us accurate and complete information, and keep it up to date.

3. Services for sellers

Customer returns: the Seller sends unsellable Amazon returns and similar stock to Regainables through Amazon removal orders. We sell the items to approved buyers and pay the Seller monthly, with a report per ASIN.

Overstock: we either buy the Seller's stock or sell it on the Seller's behalf to trade buyers we have approved. The price, fees, collection and payout of each deal are agreed in writing before the deal.

The Seller confirms that it owns the stock or has the right to sell it, and that the information it gives about the stock, such as quantities, condition, location, manifests and photos, is accurate.

The Seller must tell us about any limits on resale, such as no sale on Amazon or in certain countries, before the deal. We pass these limits on to buyers as resale rules.

4. Services for buyers

Approved Buyers can see the lots we offer and propose a price for a whole lot. A proposal is an offer to buy the lot on the terms stated in it. A deal is made only when we accept the proposal, or when the Buyer accepts our counter-offer, in the platform or in writing.

Lots are sold as described on the lot page and in its manifest. Quantities, condition and retail prices come from the seller's records and are given in good faith. Unless the deal says otherwise, goods are sold as is: customer returns may be incomplete, used or damaged.

Payment, collection and transport are as agreed in the deal. Unless agreed otherwise, the Buyer pays before collection, ownership passes to the Buyer on full payment, and risk passes when the goods are collected.

Claims about missing goods, or goods that differ materially from the description, must be made in writing with photos and details within the period agreed in the deal, or within 7 days of collection if no period was agreed.

5. Resale rules

A lot may come with resale rules, for example no sale on Amazon, or sale only in certain countries. The Buyer must follow them and pass them on to anyone it resells the goods to. If the Buyer breaks them, we may close its account and claim damages.

6. Confidentiality

Lot details, manifests, prices and the identity of sellers and brands are confidential. The Buyer may use them only to decide whether to buy, and may not share them with anyone else.

For 12 months after learning about a seller or brand through Regainables, the Buyer will not contact it to buy the same stock directly without our written consent.

7. Fees and prices

Customer returns: Regainables charges the Seller no fee. The Seller pays Amazon's removal fees to Amazon.

Overstock: fees and commercial terms are agreed in writing for each deal.

Buyers pay the price agreed in the deal. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

8. Using the platform

Do not give false information, use another person's account, copy or collect lots or data in bulk, or try to break, overload or get around the security of the platform.

9. Suspension and closing an account

The Client may close its account at any time by emailing liquidations@regainables.com. Deals already agreed must still be completed.

We may suspend or close an account if the Client breaks these terms, gives false information, or harms Regainables, its sellers or its buyers.

10. No warranty for the platform

The website and platform are provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep them running and accurate, but we do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to a Client is limited to the amounts the Client paid to Regainables, or Regainables paid to the Client, in the three months before the event that caused the loss. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit.

These limits do not apply to gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

12. Indemnity

The Client will compensate Regainables for claims, losses and costs caused by the Client breaking these terms, including claims by third parties.

13. Intellectual property

The content, features and trademarks of our website and platform belong to Regainables. They may not be copied, changed or republished without our written permission.

14. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We tell Clients about important changes by email or in the platform. Continuing to use the services after a change means accepting it; a Client who disagrees may close its account. Deals already agreed stay under the terms that applied when they were made.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Disputes are settled by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
