Client Portal upgrade: Your Actions

We’re excited to share that the Your Actions tab in the Client Portal has been updated! It’s now live and designed to make your workflow even smoother. The update includes a new, signature system that makes signing packing slips quicker and easier than ever.

Here’s what's new:

Your Actions

Here you will find all pending actions that require your attention:

  • Packing Slips to Sign for Brand Owners
  • Invoices to Upload for Resellers
  • Proof of Deliveries (POD's) to Upload

You can filter these actions by clicking "View All."

Document Management

Within the Document Management window, you’ll find a detailed view of each case that needs action. This includes key details such as the case value, shipment ID, expiration date, and the specific action required (such as signing packing slips or uploading invoices and proof of delivery). Additionally, the window features a search bar allowing you to quickly locate the case you need to address.

Here, you can easily complete the necessary steps by clicking the appropriate button—either "View & Sign" to sign documents or "View & Upload" to submit required files. This efficient system ensures that you can quickly and accurately manage pending tasks to keep your reimbursement process moving smoothly.


By clicking the "Add Comment" button, you can provide a detailed note for the Regainables team. This feature is useful for addressing specific concerns or providing additional context. For example:

  • Discrepancy Details: Such as incorrect quantities.
  • Document Availability: Notify if any documents are missing.
  • Additional Context: Any other relevant information.


Signing Documents

By clicking "View & Sign" on a packing slip, you will be directed to the Signature Window. 
Here, you can create your own signature and sign the required documents.

When creating your signature, you have two options:

1. Generate Signature: Write your first name and/or last name to generate a signature.

2. Upload Signature: Upload your own signature file to use as your signature.

Once you enter your first and/or last name, a signature will be automatically generated. You can preview it by clicking "Save Signature."

Manage Signatures: If you use multiple signatures, you can easily add new ones or remove outdated versions by selecting the "Manage Signatures" option.


Uploading Documents

When an action is required for uploading invoices or proof of delivery (POD) documents, the "View & Sign" button will change to "View & Upload." By selecting this option, you will be redirected to the Document Upload window, where you can view the relevant shipment details for which the invoice or POD is needed. Simply click "Choose Files" to select the required document, upload it to the system, and we will handle the rest.
